Instructional Fitness Classes

B-Fit Boot Camp
This class is a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training to maximize your energy output. Participants will use their own bodyweight, medicine balls and other equipment.

Yoga
This class will invigorate your mind and body. Its low impact and controlled movements will increase your flexibility, balance, strength and relax you as well.

Cycle Fit
This class is a cycling program on a stationary bike. It's bound to get your heart pumping with many intervals and intensities. For those who enjoy low impact activity, Cycle Fit is a superb choice.

Zumba
A program that combines Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance movies. Dance your way to fitness with Zumba. It's so much fun, you will forget you're even exercising.  

Runaway Bruins
A free running class to encourage participants to be active with others while learning basic running principles. This class will run outside and is open to all fitness levels.

Pilates
Pilates is the art of controlled movements with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops endurance in the entire body.

All participants must have a valid 2017-18 student card or facility membership.

Each class will consist of 10 sessions/weeks. The cost per class which includes the 10 sessions is $40 per semester (this fee applies to students and those with memberships). For each additional class you wish to attend there will be an additional $10 charge. For non-members there will also be an additional $10 fee. Payment is to be made NO later than the start date of the class, failure to do so may result in your removal from the class.
