Or actually, don't. Drinking a proper amount of water is critical for just about everything: high concentration and energy levels, pain and prevention and muscle fuel. Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
Don't sleep on sleep
Some of these may seem rather obvious, but getting more sleep improves your mood, your energy, your brain function, and even helps you burn calories. It also helps keep you healthy by boosting your immune system. Aim for 7-9 hours to be at your best.
Rise and grind
There are many reasons why exercising first thing in the morning is great for you, but the key is that it boosts your metabolism. As a result, you burn more calories later in the day. It also activates your mind even better than morning caffeine does.
