We offer a wide range of fitness classes to provide an optimal workout in just one hour. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you and have designed programs to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Not only will you be reaching your fitness goals, but you will form new relationships and strengthen bonds with other participants in a fun group setting.
Prices begin at $40 for 10 sessions of the same activity and additional activities can be purchased for just $10 more for 10 sessions.
Classes begin the week of Sept. 16, with no classes scheduled during fall break week (Oct. 21-25). Here's what we're offering this semester:
