    "Today, I am pleased to announce that Sheridan Athletics and Recreation is launching our "20-4-20" initiative. 

    Every Tuesday and Thursday for the next 10 weeks, we will be mobilizing our staff in a program of

    outreach to our Double-Blue community. Join us as we help Sheridan navigate this challenging

    time with programs featuring fitness, healthy eating, general wellness and informative interviews.

    We will get through this, because "We Are All Sheridan Bruins."
