Sheridan Recreation is excited to announce the return of Group Fitness Classes for the Winter semester across all campuses! Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or unwind after a long day, our group fitness offerings provide a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment for all fitness levels.

Classes are free for Sheridan students and staff! Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required. 

Registration:

All classes must be booked online through the Sheridan Recreation website. Participants can pre-book up to one month in advance.

Whether you're new to group fitness or a regular participant, we invite you to move, stretch, and recharge with us this semester.
