The Sheridan Bruins Varsity Women's Volleyball team is excited to announce the signing of Vya Hunter to the program for the 2026/27 season.

Originally from Ladner, British Columbia, Hunter joins the Bruins as a setter after developing her game with the Waterloo Tigers, where she has been a key contributor to her club team. Known for her energy and work ethic, she brings both skill and leadership to the court.

In addition to her athletic commitments, Hunter will be pursuing her studies in the General Arts and Science program this fall. The Bruins coaching staff is looking forward to welcoming her in September and are eager to see the positive impact her hustle and attitude will have on the team.
